Thank you for joining us for our first Adventure of Faith Passover Dinner! 
We will have all people on your registraion form sit together. If you plan to have another person/people from outside of your family sitting with you, please include them in your count on this form. Please communicate with that person/people and ask them not to complete a separate registration form. 
The suggested donation for this event is $5 per person, or $15 for families with 3 or more people. This can be paid via cash or check at the door.
