Thank you for joining us for Passover Dinner at Adventure of Faith! 

We will have all people on your registraion form sit together. If you plan to have another person/people from outside of your family sitting with you, please include them in your count on this form. Please communicate with that person/people and ask them not to complete a separate registration form. 
The suggested donation for this event is $5-$10 per person, or $15-$25 for families with 3 or more people. This can be paid via cash or check at the door. We do not want the suggested donation to be a barrier to your attendance, please email callie@faithadventure.com so that we can ensure you can participate.
