Waivers

In case of emergency, accident, allergic reaction, or serious illness in the absence of a parent/guardian, I hereby authorize, by checking the “Emergency Services Allowed” box Adventure of Faith and its agents to perform any acts which may be necessary or proper to provide emergency health care for my child. This is including but not limited to consent to and authorization of medical procedures by emergency medical technicians, physicians, dentists, hospital or other emergency medical personnel, as they exercise what at their sole discretion, they deem necessary. Furthermore, by checking the “Emergency Services Allowed” box the parent/guardian understands that they are responsible for all costs and expense of such medical treatment.

What:
VBS is a fun-filled time for kids to learn more about who God is. We do this by bringing the Bible to life with skits and hands on activities, high-energy games, interesting experiments, upbeat songs, and cool crafts!

When:

Sun August 9th (10:00am-12:00pm)

We hope you will join us for VBS takeover during service on Sunday the 9th at 10:00am!

We will celebrate together at the Adventure playground immediately following service.

Who: Kids ages 4 years old-5th grade (2026-2027 school year). We would also like to invite any recently graduated 5th graders to join us one last time for VBS.

Children must be potty trained please.
