Youth Summer Camp 2025 Registration Form (1 per student)

Our yearly trip to summer camp is a great time of team building and connecting for our teens and leaders in Adventure Youth. When we strip away technology, and take kids out of their regular context, it makes for an awesome opportunity to connect with God and one another.
LOGISTICS:
Camp will be from Saturday, June 28th through Tuesday, July 1st at Black Diamond Camp in Auburn, WA. We will meet at the church at 2pm (subject to change, please watch for info closer to camp dates) on Saturday, June 28th and leave after a time of prayer and info share. While we will have some youth leaders attending who have room in their vehicles, we will need the help of parents/guardians to transport teens to and from camp.
On Tuesday, July 1st, students will have breakfast and have a checkout time of 10:00am. Students can be picked up that day at camp or will return back to the church at approximately 11:00-11:30am if riding with a leader or other youth parent. All times will be confirmed and communicated closer to camp dates.
Black Diamond Camp doesn't allow students to bring electronic devices, so we kindly request that students leave their cell phones, smart watches, and other electronic devices at home. We want this to be an opportunity to unplug for the week. If there is an emergency while at camp, feel free to contact Tara Haag on her cell: 303-886-0365. Tara will make her best effort to give periodic updates of how things are going at camp.
Black Diamond Camp has a separate registration form that you will be required to fill out, this will include further information regarding medical and dietary needs. You will receive the link to complete the Black Diamond registration in the confirmation email sent after completing this form.
MONEY:
The cost of camp is $355 per person. At this time, we are hosting multiple fundraisers to lower the overall cost of camp for every teen. If you believe that you will need financial assistance, please contact Tara at tara@faithadventure.com as soon as possible.
Because the cost per person will not be determined until after our fundraisers are complete, we will communicate all payment info to you separately. Payment will not be due until the week before camp.
In order to attend, the following must be completed:
1. Completion of this registration form
2. Completion of Black Diamond Camp registration form (will be emailed to you upon completion of this form)
3. Payment made in full
